Mark Aquino approaches whole body health by working with you to discover the underlying sources of your health concerns. In practice for over 25 years, Mark utilizes gentle techniques which include Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy along with self-care strategies to help the body release tension patterns.

Headaches, Migraines, Anxiety, Neck, Shoulder and Back Pain, Posture, Sciatica, Ear and Jaw Pain, Digestive and Bladder Issues, Foot, Knee and Hip Problems, Pregnancy, Constipation, Cranial Injury, Concussions, Scars, Sports Injuries, Falls, and Pre/Post Surgery.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Music from McMaster University, Diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan College, and Diplomas of Osteopathic Manual Practice and Science of Osteopathy from the Canadian College of Osteopathy (Toronto). Mark is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the Ontario Osteopathic Association of Manual Practitioners, and has served as a thesis juror at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

A therapy primarily focused on balancing tensions in the soft tissues of the body through gentle palpation and release of the cranium and spine.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

A soft tissue approach that aims to reduce discomfort and restrictions in the body’s soft tissues to restore ease of movement and improve function.
